Evaluations
If you have an upcoming court hearing, have been convicted of a DUI, OUI, DWI offense, or are eligible to enter into a diversion agreement on these offenses, you will be required by the court to obtain an alcohol & drug evaluation. I have extensive experience in working with individuals on issues related to substance abuse & addiction. I am an approved DUI evaluator by the State of Kansas.
The evaluation appointment will include a diagnostic interview and completion of appropriate alcohol & other drug abuse testing instruments. Individuals will also be asked to complete personal history information & sign appropriate releases.
I can also provide other court ordered evaluations, such as MIP (Minor in Possession) or other possession offenses (e.g. possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, etc).

DUI evaluation & non-DUI evaluation - $150
Level 1 Outpatient Treatment
Heartland Clinical Consultants offers a standard outpatient treatment program to those clients that are identified as having a substance abuse and/or dependency problem. Clients participate in weekly counseling services that are designed to help them achieve changes in their substance abuse behaviors and to enhance their relapse prevention skills.
